As the Senior Technician at my company, it's been my job to deal with our web host and any issues that arise from it. This is by far the easiest part of my job - Kualo rarely experiences issues, and when something comes up their staff are always quick to help and happy to go above and beyond to satisfy our needs. They're probably the only service in use by our company that I'd trust implicitly - throughout our years of hosting with them they've offered us nothing but incredible service and good advice to help our business expand. It's not just business customers that they work hard for either - I made the decision to move my personal site to them after experiencing their fantastic support, and I'm happy to say that I've received the same level of commitment, intelligence and courtesy.

After many severely bad experiences with webhostinguk I found Kualo and from day 1 their support has been an absolute breath of fresh air. Friendly, professional and quick. After years of arrogant, rude and deceitful support from my previous supplier Kualo have restored my faith in the reseller approach to hosting! I was convinced that it was impossible to get a quality reseller service any more but there is a big shining light in the industry with Kualo and I encourage anyone looking to resell hosting to check them out, you won't be disappointed!

Not being a computer geek in the Web Hosting world, trust me, I needed all the support I could get to understand how web hosting worked. The Kualo gang were more than helpful, using a language I could understand & even when I was totally lost setting up, guiding me through the whole process.
