- Monthly Elite Selection: Exclusively single origin coffees. Offering changes monthly, sometimes bi-monthly. Light roast profiles.
- Quarterly Offering: Single origin coffees and blends. Selection changes every three months. Medium to light roast profiles.
- Anchor Blend: A blend that stays very consistent year round. Medium-dark roast profile. Consistent and dependable.
- Ethnos Espresso: Seasonally variable espresso blends. Recommended parameters: 18-20g coffee/25-30s time/2-3oz volume.
