Update - 12:00 PM EST: The account center is available again.

We will be bringing the BioWare Mythic account center offline for a short maintenance at 11:15 AM CET today.
We anticipate the account center will be back online within 45 minutes no later than 12:00 PM EST.

During this time all account center related service will be unavailable, including billing and character transfers.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

And yet again the day has arrived where peace and love fill the air along with the occasional battle cries and war chants.

This event will run from February 14th through the 28st and brings back these familiar quests to players:

• A Matter of the Heart: This quest will give players of all realms the chance find the imp, Russel, near the gates of their capital cities, ready to offer some interesting tasks from the local imp's union in return for a Lawn Cupid trophy, experience and coin.
  
  
• The Keeping Company: This quest will be offered to characters level 45 and above and will have a unique challenge for players in Albion, Midgard and Hibernian.  As a reward, players will receive a Tiny Compatriot Crate trophy, experience and coin.
  
  
• The Valentine's Traditions: These quests will offer three old style quests which were part of the original Dark Age of Camelot Valentine's Day content. Players will be able to complete the quest up to three times, which is based on the number of times the original quest has been issued online.  Players will be rewarded with a Hearts Cloak, Heart-Shaped Box, experience and coin.

Following the hot fix on Friday, the house rent on Glamorgan has now been re-enabled.
Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in your lockbox.

The following changes have been made:

Hot Fix - 02/11/11

• German translations for trade skill recipes have been updated
  
  
• Players using non-German languages on Glamorgan are now able to add money to their lockboxes, upgrade/downgrade their house and convert personal houses into guild houses. 
  
  Keep in mind you still need to run an EU client on Glamorgan which can be found here (web.cdn.eamythic.com/us/daoc-eu/DAoCEUSetup.exe). Run the installer and choose either English, French or German. When prompted where to install the files, browse to your current Dark Age of Camelot game directory. The installer defaults to "C:Program FilesElectronic ArtsDark Age of Camelot EU" so verify that this location is correct or browse to the correct directory. Once the installer is completed, run the game as normal.

Join combatants from across the Realms as Cathal Valley once more plays host to the Battleground Weekend Event on all Normal Ruleset servers. Cathal Valley will be open to all players, regardless of Character or Realm Level. Normal RP and BP will be awarded for slaying your enemies.

The Battleground Weekend Event starts tomorrow, 2/11/2011, at 10:00 AM EDT and continues until 2/14/2011 at 3:00 PM EDT.

Some good news for all European house owners: We have temporarly turned off the house rent on Glamorgan (which was turned on with patch 1.108 early today).

Please watch the Herald for additional news when this will change again. 

Update - 5:00PM EST/23.00 CET: All servers are online now and character transfer from the archived server is once again possible.

Please remember to patch. Enjoy the game. 

Update - 11:40AM EST/17.40 CET: The live servers Glamorgan, Ywain, Mordred, and Gaheris are now open to the public.  The archived servers will remain down until the maintenance on them is done, too. This means that character transfers from them are currently still unavailable.

Update - 9:30AM EST/2.30 CET: As a reminder to all players, please remember to patch, otherwise you will be unable to connect to the game servers. 

Update - 6:00AM EST/11.00 CET: All servers are now offline as we begin the maintenance, thank you.

We will be bringing all servers offline tomorrow morning for the implementation of Patch 1.108. All servers will be brought offline at 6:00 AM EDT/11.00 CET. At this time we anticipate that all servers will be back online no later than 5:00 PM EDT/22.00 CET. Please be sure to check the Herald for updates regarding this downtime.
