Wisdom’s Casita vacation rental is right across the street from the restaurant and is an adorable little 1BR place that has a king-sized bed plus a full-sized sofa bed, a walled in patio and great views plus a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Our Casita sleeps up to 4 comfortably with a limit of 5. This is a non-smoking Casita but guests may smoke outside on the patio.

$99/night
Short-term guests can expect housekeeping every 3 days or, if given 1 day advance notice, upon request for free. We ask that guests keep kitchen clean with dishes washed.
There is no cleaning fee upon check-out unless you have a dog and in that case there will be a $25 cleaning fee.
$79/night with all the same amenities and thoughtfulness as above with one difference: there is no housekeeping service but long term guests may request housekeeping with advance notice for $25 which includes thorough dusting, floors, bathrooms, windows, linens and kitchen.
There is no cleaning fee upon check-out unless you have a dog and in that case there will be a $25 cleaning fee.
Monthly Rate, 28-night minimum:
$1540 ($55 night)
For short term reservations a 2-night minimum is required.
For long term, $500.
The remainder is due 15 days prior to your arrival date.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
Check-in is at 3PM.
Check-out is at 12PM with $25 each extra hour or pay another night, whichever is less, but advance notice is required for late check-out/extra day to be sure another guest is not coming in.
There will be a $300 charge for violators of our non-smoking policy inside the Casita, no exceptions. Guests may smoke outside on the patio.

We understand things happen and we will provide a full refund up to 60 days before the date of your reservation. Within 60 days of arrival date we will refund 50% if your cancellation is replaced by another paid reservation. If not replaced no refund is available. Refund transactions will be credited to the credit card used when making the reservation. Thank you!
