Special Services
The Special Services department is located on the ground floor on the south side of the Main Library, off of Arapahoe Avenue.

Homebound Delivery
Patrons who live within the city limits of Boulder who have difficulty coming to the library are eligible for home delivery of library materials. Deliveries are handled by volunteers working in the Special Services Department. Please contact the Special Services Coordinator for more information or to set up homebound delivery.
To enroll in the program, fill out and return the enrollment form. You can submit your completed enrollment form to the library via email, eltabibd@boulderlibrary.org, or mail it to us at Boulder Library, Attention: Special Services Coordinator, 1001 Arapahoe Avenue, Boulder, Colorado 80302.
Large Print Collection
The Special Services department maintains an extensive large print collection that is available to all patrons for check out. Special Service also coordinates with retirement and nursing homes to set up satellite collections. If you are interested in more information about setting up a satellite collection or would like to suggest that item be considered for purchase for the large print collection, please fill out a suggest for purchase form or contact the Special Services Coordinator.
Assistive Technologies
The Special Services department provides assistive technologies including phonic ear, magnification reader, wheel chairs, and an electric cart for use in the library.
If you are hearing-impaired a TTY telephone typewriter is available at the Reference desk on the second floor of the main library. If you are planning to attend a program at the library, you may also reserve the use of the phonic ear equipment with two days advance notice.
Reasonable Accommodation to Library Services and Facilities
