HostingCon 2012 begins on Monday! Here’s all the information you’ll need to know before and during the conference. This information is also available in the Show Guide you’ll receive at the registration desk.
HostingCon Mobile

spacer HostingCon Mobile, brought to you by SiteLock, is the easiest way to find out what’s going on at HostingCon 2012. With HostingCon Mobile you can:
spacer See what’s Happening Now – View what’s going on at HostingCon 2012 hour by hour as it happens.
spacer Browse the Program Schedule – View all sessions happening each day of the conference by track.
spacer Navigate the Exhibit Hall – Find the exhibitors you want to visit in an easy to navigate sectional view of the exhibit hall floor.
spacer View Exhibitors and Speakers – Want more information on a particular exhibitor or speaker? Find it quickly using the exhibitor and speaker lists.
spacer Give Feedback on sessions – There will be a Give Feedback button for every session on the Happening Now, Schedule and Session pages starting on July 16. Just click the Give Feedback button, log in to your account and let us know what you think about the sessions you attend!
spacer HostingCon Connect, Twitter and more! – Use HostingCon Connect to set up meetings with fellow attendees and see what everyone is saying about #HostingCon on Twitter
To use HostingCon Mobile, simply visit www.hostingcon.com from your mobile device browser. You can also go there directly by heading to m.hostingcon.com.
HostingCon Registration – Badge Pickup
You can pick up your badge at the registration desk in the Hynes Convention Center during the following hours:
spacer Sunday, July 15: 12:00pm – 5:00pm
spacer Monday, July 16: 7:30am – 5:00pm
spacer Tuesday, July 17: 7:30am – 6:00pm
spacer Wednesday, July 18: 8:00am – 4:00pm
The registration desk is located on the 2nd Level of The Hynes Convention Center – outside Exhibit Halls C & D. You will see signs directing you to the registration desk at multiple points throughout the Hynes Convention Center. You can also use the Hynes map, also located at the bottom of this email, to find exactly where to go.
Upgrading Your Registration

If you want to upgrade your registration you can do so at the registration desk. The registration desk will be staffed during the hours listed above.

Getting Around the Conference

The HostingCon event team will have signage throughout the Hynes Convention Center to help get you where you need to be. The conference occurs across two floors. The Exhibit Hall is on level 2. Educational sessions, breakfast & lunch, and the keynotes are on level 3. Escalators and elevators are available across each floor. The show guide and signage will point you in the right direction. You can also use the map in your show guide or download and print the Hynes Convention Center map located here.
Exhibit Hall Hours
The exhibit hall is open during the following times:
spacer Tuesday, July 17: 11:00am – 6:30pm
spacer Wednesday, July 18: 11:00am – 4:00pm
spacer The Hall is NOT open on Monday – this is Exhibitor Set-up Day
HostingCon Show Schedule
You can download a PDF of the HostingCon show schedule to review the sessions and mark the ones you want to attend.

You will also receive a show guide during registration that contains the show schedule along with other conference details and exhibitor information.

Networking at HostingCon
There will be plenty of opportunities to network with your peers at HostingCon 2012. There are 3 official networking events, after hours parties, and many areas around the conference to hold a meeting.
You can use the HostingCon Connect service to message people you are interested in networking with to set up a meeting.

Twitter & Foursquare at HostingCon 2012
The official Twitter hashtag for HostingCon 2012 is #HostingCon. Be sure to use it! We’ll have a live Twitter feed up on the TV monitors outside the registration/keynote and session areas so you can keep up with the latest commentary from the show.

Members of the HostingCon event staff will be posting updates to Twitter from the conference, so be sure to follow @HostingCon to keep up with official announcements and useful information. You can also @ or DM HostingCon from the show with anything you’d like the event staff to know.

Don’t forget to follow us on Foursquare (HostingCon) as we check-in to all the hot spots in and around HostingCon 2012 and the beautiful city of Boston.

Taking pictures at the show? Upload them to Flickr! The official Flickr tag for this year’s show is hostingcon2012. Be sure to add it to any and all photos you take at the conference so everyone can see them on the HostingCon website!

Educational Session Feedback
We are collecting session feedback via HostingCon Mobile. To give feedback head to the mobile site and click the Give Feedback button on the Happening Now, Schedule or Session pages for the session you want to rate. Then log in to your HostingCon account and provide your feedback. There will be instructions in each session room on how to give feedback as well.
