Warner Music Group Safe Harbor Customer Privacy Policy
Warner Music Inc. has created this Safe Harbor Privacy Policy to help you learn about how we handle Customer Personal Information that is collected by our affiliates and business partners located in the European Economic Area (the “EEA”) and transferred to the Warner Music Group companies in the United States (“WMG”) that are wholly owned subsidiaries of WMG Acquisition Corp. This Safe Harbor Privacy Policy supplements the WMG Privacy Policies. Unless specifically defined in this policy, the terms in this Safe Harbor Privacy Policy have the same meaning as in the WMG Privacy Policies.
WMG has subscribed to and will adhere to the U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Framework and the U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Framework (collectively, the “Safe Harbor Program”) by adopting and implementing the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles, which include a set of frequently asked questions (collectively, the “Principles”). More information about the Safe Harbor Program can be found at www.export.gov/safeharbor/.
