spacer VPSLink 4+ Hardware

Hi, I'm interested in the VPSLink 4 plan. It says on your site that these are running on Dual Xeons, however on WHT I saw someone saying that they are actually P4s. When are you going to be moving over to Xeons? If I signed up now would I be moved over to the Xeon server?

SynVisions,

We're working on optimizing the RAID config for the servers. Unfortunately this is taking a little longer than anticipated. We'll get the servers up early next week and will migrate everyone as soon as they're available.

Thanks,

Cameron

Pablasso,

The hardware for the new Link3 accounts is going to be slightly different for our second round of boxes. Here are the details:

Dual Core 2.8 Pentium
4gb RAM
2x160gb SATA RAID-0
1x300GB SATA (Backup)

Honestly if you're concerned that this spec isn't going to handle your site, you probably should not be on a VPS. Keep in mind you're sharing this hardware with several other users, and shouldn't expect to have access to 100% of it's resources at any time. Just giving you the straight story....
