For the Delaware City Bucket Brigade, we are monitoring the location and extent of pollution incidents with log sheets. Please use this online log sheet to record pollution incidents. You may also download a pdf form, or request a paper copy by calling our office at 302-468-4550 or emailing stephanie.herron@sierraclub.org.

If an immediate threat to health is eminent, get to safety first. Then call environmental enforcement.

Your results will be used along with the air samples that volunteers from the Delaware City Environmental Coalition collect to determine the extent of pollution incidents, and to train our noses about what precise chemicals we smell with the odors we report.
