Walter Cronkite Backs Anti-Christian Group

Walter Cronkite was once a very powerful moonbat. As "The Most Trusted Man in America," he arguably did more than anyone else to secure victory for totalitarian communism in the Vietnam War. Cronkite's career petered out long ago, reducing him to squawking on the Larry King show about the Karl Rove–Osama bin Laden connection and holding forth about America's inadequacies to an audience that probably doesn't extend far beyond his immediate family. But now he's emerged from his tar pit once again to endorse a new national campaign devoted to attacking Christianity.

The First Amendment guarantees our right to practice religion, so at least the campaign shows a trendy sense of irony by calling itself First Amendment First. It's devoted to quieting Christian voices in politics — the dreaded Religious Right being the Left's favorite imaginary problem after Global Warming.

Go back to sleep, Uncle Walt.

Cronkite has fallen upon hard times.

On a tip from Wiggins.

But left-liberals still deny there's a war on Christianity.

V the K...that's because we (real Christians) are known as right-wingers now. And of course the Left's prime directive is that we must be stomped on and flushed.

In the Left's collective mind, the wimpy, gay-butt-kissing mainstream ARE "christians". The left leaves them alone. These people are no threat, since they've largely ignored Christ except in name and have invited the idol-worshipers into their communion.

Oh, and James Cameron is fixing to release a propaganda crockumentary "debunking" Christianty.

But, there's no 'War on Christianity.'

I think there's less of a war on Christianity so much as there's an increasing tendency on the part of the Loony Left to expose their soft totalitarian underbelly. There seems to be an ongoing effort to trample on small individual liberties to test the waters and see how much the average herd is willing to tolerate without uttering even a bleat.

Yeah sure, the Left is definitely testing the waters that will lead to their ultimate rule...each day brings more outrageous examples of that. And most of society has no problem falling in line do they?

It is clear that what's coming will consist of church and state becoming "one". (Read: the lamb of Rev with 2 horns that speaks like a dragon). That is...the mainstream pseudo-christians who are PC willingly married to the state's idea of what is "christian". That leaves the rest of us as outcasts. The battle is not just for earthly goods, it's definitely spiritual.
