The West Hollywood resident tells us why Pepe's Thrift Shop is his favorite place to find affordable home furnishings.

When she couldn't find a function and stylish laptop case for her job working in French television, Clare Vivier created her own—which she quickly parlayed into her now-eponymous handbag brand. From conception to fabrication her line has been made exclusively in Los Angeles since 2008, consciously engaging in ethical manufacturing practices without compromise. Here, she shows us her favorite new spot in Echo Park to score vintage finds.

Renata Abbade doesn't like labels, especially when it comes to pinpointing exactly what she does. So, she goes by 'freestylist', meaning someone who wears many hats. While she's most recognized for her styling work (she's worked with magazines and clients like Purple, Brazilian Vogue, Italian Glamour, Arena Homme Plus, VPL, ThreeAsFour, and Levi's), she also has a good eye for off-the-beaten-path kooky shops, like this colorful gem in Echo Park.
