Go to the Day-Care Man. When he asks you if you want him to care a Pokemon for you, answer NO. He'll say "come again." However, since it is the start of a sentence, it should say "Come" with a capital "C". This happens because "come again" is a shared text, so when you answer YES and put CANCEL, he'll say "All right then, come again." So that's where that text comes from, however, it is still a mistake.

In every cutscene the weapons changes, for example in some scenes you may be carrying a Thompson SMG, but in the cutscene, you'll hold the Nickel Plated Colt .45.

On the final mission, once you kill the final boss, the gun you will be holding in the cut scene is a M4, even if you used a different gun.

Whenever you fly a damaged helicopter where the tail is bent, you can fly just fine. This is impossible, in a real helicopter, when this happened the helicopter would spin out of control and eventually crash.
