TheV3H.com brings you the latest news and events in the Tri-Cities. If it’s happening in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore or Belcarra, we’ll do our best to tell you about it.

Why the name? It’s the postal code prefix for Port Moody, Anmore, and Belcarra, BC. We’re creating a place online to find information and things to do in Port Moody and throughout the Tri-Cities. This is our way of getting to know all of you who make Port Moody and the Tri-Cities such a great place to live and raise a family.

Who We Are

Publisher

spacer Jon Strocel worked in community TV in the Fraser Valley way back in the olden days, also known as the 1990s. The best part of the job was meeting lots of cool and interesting people. Upon moving to the Tri-Cities he really missed having that connection with the neat people who make a place home. Luckily with blogs and social media, you don’t need a TV station anymore to connect. Jon is also the owner of upNext Media, a video and media production company. Follow him on Twitter: @jstrocel.

Editor

spacer Amber Strocel started blogging at Strocel.com in 2003. She writes about parenting, sustainable living and living with intention. Canadian Living listed her its March, 2011 blog of the month, and SweetMama named her to its 20 Mom Blogs We Love. She helps moms find their purpose through the online tools she creates for Crafting my Life, and she also works as the Content Manager for VancouverMom.ca. You can follow her on Twitter at @AmberStrocel.
