To discover the most promising classical musicians residing in the United States, assist their early professional career development, and present their world-class artistry to the community through concerts and outreach programs.

Astral believes that the future of classical music belongs to today’s emerging musicians, and that empowering their talent and ingenuity ensures a cultural legacy for generations to come. This vision serves the needs of audiences eager for exciting concert experiences, as well as those of our artists, who are searching for new, dynamic ways to connect with the public, press, managers, and presenters.

A Service & Presenting Organization
Founded in 1992 and now celebrating its 20th Anniversary Concert Season, Astral Artists is a non-profit organization that plays a vital role in the discovery and development of the nation’s most gifted classical musicians. Selected from a nationwide pool of applicants at competitive annual auditions, Astral artists are provided with invaluable career development guidance; debuts in Philadelphia; numerous performance opportunities via Astral’s critically acclaimed concert series; collaborations with world-renowned musicians; auditions for major presenters, managers, and conductors; and world premieres of compositions written for them and commissioned by Astral. Astral reaches nearly 15,000 community members annually through concerts and extensive community engagement programming.
