Girl Next Door is a nonexclusive, photo only collection that has a bit of a retro feel to it. The intended theme here, quite obviously, is "the girl next door," in other words, amateurs. In reality, this is more of a general retro collection that features both amateur as well as professional style materials ranging from solo posing to hardcore group sex. Let's take a peek inside and get all of the info to find out if this one is worth your dough.

Although the tour pages for Girl Next Door boast of thousands and thousands of exclusive videos, the only video material actually found here is for the other network sites. Girl Next Door itself offers only a collection of nonexclusive photo galleries. There are over 1340 available currently, but it looks like growth has stopped here. The last new photo gallery was added at the end of February 2011, and the site has seen nothing new since.

The Girl Next Door photo collection is a mixture of mostly small sets from a wide variety of sources. Some of these are very professional in style and were obviously shot in a professional photo studio with all of the lighting rigs, makeup and hair artists, and other details that go into producing this kind of professional content. However, much of the collection is also quite immature in nature with shots that look like they were taken with regular point and shoot cameras in various indoor and outdoor locations. The materials include magazine style hose and tease shots, masturbation, lesbian hookups, and hardcore sex. The main thing that sets this photo collection apart is the fact that it spans such a wide range of time. Some of the galleries are dated, you can see that some of these models are from the 70s, 80s, and early 90s.

When it comes to quality, I would say that Girl Next Door is about average to below average. Some of the more recently added sets offer images at up to 1024 pixels on the long side, and things are mostly clear, well lit, and properly color balanced. The images found in the older sections of the archives are typically smaller and lower in quality than the newer releases.

While I appreciated the retro rainbow theme for the tour pages here, and the preview images chosen actually do a pretty good job of letting potential members know the kind of mixed amateur and professional retro collection they can expect to see inside, it could use some improvement when it comes to hard facts. The outside of the site seems to indicate that Girl Next Door has its own very large video section, and that's just not the case. They also don't bother to let you know that updates are no longer coming to this nonexclusive site.

Once inside, you'll find a very basic layout that provide the keyword search tool and a drop-down category menu near the top of the page followed by the main navigation menu where you can access the video section of the site, a model index, the network DVD collection, and more.

The full range of options is covered when it comes to accessing the Girl Next Door photo sets. Members can choose to download the sets in ZIP file or simply view them in thumbnail galleries from within the site. Variable speed slide shows are also offered.

When I came to the end of my visit here, the only thing that really stood out to me at Girl Door with the retro theme. These materials aren't exclusive, and the whole site just seems to lack personality. On top of that, it seems that photo updates have stopped altogether, and the video section is completely barren. There are some gems to be found among the very large photo collection, for sure, but I just can't get excited about this one.
