Only Amateurs sites are allowed on this list. 

Banners must be served off your server, do not hotlink them.

Link codes must be the entry page or entrance of your site, no cgi's etc

Sites with child pornography or bestiality content will be reported to the authorities.

Anybody found cheating will be banned from this list and removed from all our other lists.
