The Overflow Bugs Page:

This page test the CSS overflow property. Opera has a number of problems with selection and scrolling with the contents of overflowed boxes (the grey boxes on this page. Here is the CSS for the grey boxes:

OK, lets have a look at a box when the content overflows the size of the box - Opera adds scroll bars as specified by the overflow: auto; property:

There are TWO problems here:

1. Try to select the text in the grey box - Opera fails to contain the selection WITHIN the box but it also selects text outside of it while failing to scroll the contents within the box.
2. Scrolling using a wheel mouse fails to scroll within the overflowed box.
