What type of camera do you use?

I have a Nikon D90 D7000 dSLR and use an 18-105mm lens.

What type of lighting equipment do you use?

I only shoot with natural light (and the addition of a few strategically-placed poster boards).

Can I use one of your photos on my site?

Where did you go to culinary school?

I went to The Institute of Culinary Education in New York City and graduated from the Culinary Arts diploma program.

Is Just a Taste your full-time job?

It’s a full-time job, in addition to another full-time job! I also currently work as an editor at Epicurious.com, a Condé Nast food brand.
