Mission Statement
Kadima is a Jewish mental health agency whose mission is to provide psychological services, residential options, supported employment and social activities on a nonsectarian basis. Kadima also provides public education and advocacy to enhance the quality of life for individuals and their families affected by psychiatric disabilities.

Kadima...Caring, helping adults and children with mental illness to move forward in their lives.
Adult Program
Kadima’s Adult Program provides individual, group and family treatment, residential options, recreational and socialization activities, family support group, supported employment, case coordination and summer camp for adult clients who are diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness, e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, schizo-affective disorder and major depression. The Adult Program includes Kadima-Plus, a program of in-home support and case management services for seniors, 65+ years, who struggle with mental illness.
Child and Adolescent Program
Kadima’s Child and Adolescent Program provides individual, family and group treatment, a parent support/advocacy group, respite services, social and recreational activities, case advocacy and crisis intervention for children, 3 – 18 years, who are diagnosed with serious emotional and behavioral disorders.
Comission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities
CARF is an independent nonprofit organization whose focus is to ensure services meet client needs for quality and the best possible outcomes. Kadima's three-year CARF accreditation, through June 2012, states that Kadima is "dedicated and committed to improve the quality of the lives of persons served...that services, personnel and documentation clearly indicate an established pattern of practice excellence".
