Upgrade Assurance & Bronze Customers

As of Feb. 7th, 2011, PGP Basic/Bronze support was transitioned to Symantec Upgrade Assurance. Symantec Upgrade Assurance provides access to updates and upgrades in accordance with Symantec policies; and to the following Self Service Support options:

Symantec Technology Network Encryption Forum - An online user community where you can learn about new products, browse and post to discussion forums, as well as interact with other Symantec users. The Symantec Encryption Forum is monitored by Symantec Encryption Support Engineers and replaces PGP Basic/Bronze Chat Support.
