Personal interaction is a rarity these days. But in the printing industry, personal interaction is a must. Brushing up on your people skills could help engage clients. But remember it’s a two-way street.

While you used to be able to talk to your customer, it’s now important to involve them in the conversation. Nobody wants to listen to a person talking solely about themselves, so don’t be that person. Instead, actively listen to your clients’ interests.
