The festival kicks off Thursday and highlights this week include Garfunkel and Oates, Joel McHale, Bill Burr and Jim Breuer. Also this week: Janis Ian at Saugatuck Center for the Arts, Unknown Mortal Orchestra at Park Theatre and Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band at Van Andel Arena.
