Connie Ledesma Arredondo was born on January 24, 1927 in Austin Texas and was married to John M. Arredondo for 54 years. As an Austinite, Connie loved children and was a school secretary at Pease Elementary, Zavala Elementary and Govalle Elementary. Connie spent her whole life nurturing, mentoring, and loving anyone who crossed her path. Connie Ledesma Arredondo passed away on February 3, 2013.
Connie will be missed dearly by the people whose hearts she has touched, but most of all by her family; John R. Arredondo and wife Sharon and family John Jeff, Noel, Nicholas, and Holly; Daniel Arredondo and wife Gloria and family Danny Ray, Lisa, David, Erica, Emily, and Angela; Albert A. Arredondo and wife Judith G. and family Britni, Connie, Ashleigh, and Ryan. Connie will be forever in our hearts and missed most by her beloved family, her 14 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held from 7:00 pm on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas. Graveside Service 10:00 am Friday, February 8, 2013 at Capital Memorial Parks Cemetery, Pflugerville, Texas.
