Shea-Porter poised to win in final poll
November 5, 2012
Manchester- The final WMUR Granite State Poll, conducted by the University of New Hampshire Survey Center, was released this morning, and it shows Congressional District 1 tied 40-40, but, with final undecided voters allocated to the candidate they are most likely to support, the final prediction is 49% for Shea-Porter, 46% for Guinta, and 5% for other candidates.
Naomi Andrews, Campaign Manager for Carol Shea-Porter, released the following statement.
“This latest poll reflects the enthusiasm and momentum we see on the ground. This campaign and its team of tireless volunteers will spend the next two days knocking on doors, making phone calls, and talking to everyone in the First Congressional District so we can send Carol to Washington to fight for jobs, for seniors, for students, for veterans…for the rest of us! Carol Shea-Porter will restore integrity and the New Hampshire work ethic to the NH-01 seat.”
