If you find that your phone is diplaying the incorrect time please choose and follow the appropriate set of instructions listed below.
For Control Panel Version 5+ Servers:
1. Launch your Control Panel and login as the administrator.
2. From the Control Panel navigate to 'Options' 'Settings'.
3. From the 'Settings' page expand the 'Time and Country Settings' drop down bar. Select a different time zone from the drop down menu then click 'Apply All Changes'.
4. The server will prompt you stating it will reset when there are no active calls, proceed by clicking 'OK'.
5. Once the change is complete. Choose appropriate time zone that you're located in from the drop down menu then click 'Apply All Changes'.
6. The server will prompt you stating it will reset when there are no active calls, proceed by clicking 'OK'.
7. After the change is complete, wait 5-10 minutes reboot your phones. The correct time should be displayed on the phones once the reboot is complete.
For Control Panel Version 4.x Servers:
1. Launch your Control Panel and login as the administrator.
2. From the Control Panel navigate to 'Extensions' 'view extensions'.
3. Click on the extension number of the phone dispalying the incorrect time.
4. Once the page loads click the 'Update Extension' button.
5. After the change is complete, wait 5-10 minutes then reboot the phone. The correct time should be displayed on the phones once the reboot is complete.
***If you have multiple phones displaying the incorrect time you will need to repeat the above steps on each phone***
