Fitness and Health have always been a passion for me (sometimes in a sick competitive way).  Sharing the secrets of fitness and health with others is my second passion.  I love to see people accomplish their goals and reap the benefits through fitness.  I have over 600 school kids that train CrossFit with me yearly; these kids are changing the future of fitness and nutrition as most people see it.

After many years in the health industry, I have found CrossFit to deliver real results for everyone’s goals towards getting strong, sexy and the unmeasurable quality of self-esteem.  I hope to see you at CrossFit Everett to help you reach your goals.

Why Crossfit?
I began crossfitting simply because I needed something new and challenging. Tired of the global gym classes and running and lifting on my own, I knew I had to try something different.  Greg Glassman’s philosophy was the perfect remedy; introducing the loaded rep and a variety of stimulus like no other and transforming each ordinary day into–extraordinary.  Crossfit leaves nothing untouched in the physical as well as spiritual realm.  Crossfit has not only provided me with the strength and stamina to better myself in 8k, 5k, and triathalon endeavors, but has refined and bolstered my teaching skills as a physical education instructor and as a mother.
