The 1,500 mAh lithium polymer battery is rechargeable for 500 cycles, according to the company -- with both the phone and battery chargeable at the same time from the included micro USB cable when used with any "made for iPhone" power source. Sound from the phone's speakers is redirected from the bottom of the phone to the front, giving it what the company calls "a richer, fuller sound quality." For a limited time, the case is available for $80 through the Mophie website. The dark metallic case ships by February 14, with the silver color headed to customers in the beginning of March.
