Let’s begin right off by saying the fact that if you have already own The Very Best Of The Pogues, then its fine, but if you are looking for an introduction to The Pogues’ music or just want to shake up, then I must say that this is the same album that you need foe this.

The band brought the world a good mixture of Celtic folk and punk music layered with all kinds of things with horns, keys, squeezeboxes of various sizes, percussion, strings as well as a tin whistle. Instrumentally, this was a band of killer players whereas MacGowan’s raggedy and rough vocals were fueled by a blend of liquor and pathos. It was never pretty, but still it was always real as hell. MacGowan’s 1st tour of duty with The Pogues ran from their starting in the year 1982 till 1991, the time when he was kicked for just being too drunk; he came back to the scene in the year 2001 – after successfully avoiding sobriety during the long years he was not there.

Overall, the band managed to make every people feel that crossed their musical way that they were Irish, even if not really believe that they were, till they played their music played. Mumford & Sons are drawing off their very own version of the same antic these days – but rewind the clock back to twenty or thirty years and look what you find – these boys were actually the originals.

Months ago Cheryl Cole was seen at Simon Cowell, and from that time on, people had speculated that Cole might return to The X Factor. And to add to that speculation, it has been reported that Cheryl Cole have been offered £ 2 million to come back to The X Factor. Earlier, Cheryl publicly told that she would never return to the show.

Last month, the Girls Aloud star said on the Graham Norton show that she would definitely not coming back to The X Factor. However, some said that Simon could take her back in the show with a huge sum.

According to reports, a number of people are in mind for the 2013 sow, but no offers will be made till Spring. Many have started to think that Gary Barlow would not be back whereas other judge Tulisa is board with the show.

An insider reported that Simon offered Cheryl £ 2 million if she decides to return on the show. Another close source told that Simon would love if she decides to return on the X Factor. Cheryl Cole is really a big star and Simon needs someone like her in the show. That would probably the best way to stop the ratings to fall.

In the meantime, Simon may also change the timing of the show next year and that would not be a big problem as like 2012, there is no Olympics of Euro Cup or Jubilee Celebrations. More importantly, Simon does not want the timing to clash with US X Factor as he himself eants to return to the show.
