Reboot into Clockworkmod Recovery
Make a  backup
Wipe data factory reset
Wipe cache partition
Wipe dalvik cache (Optional)
Flash JellyBean 4.1 .zip to your Galaxy Nexus
Reboot and enjoy JellyBean.
