The 2012 winners have been announced!

CTIA E-Tech submissions were judged on innovation, functionality, technological importance or impact, implementation and overall “wow” factor. This year there were 15 submission categories in the areas of mobile CE, mobile apps, enterprise solutions, and network infrastructure.

Judging was conducted by a panel of industry experts, media and analysts. Finalists were announced and notified in mid-April. The winners of each category were announced at an awards ceremony on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at International CTIA WIRELESS® 2012.

In addition to the 15 award categories, industry peers had the chance to vote for their favorite entries online and via text during the three-day show. The entry that garnered the most online votes was named "Best Online Pick." The entry that earned the most text votes during the show in New Orleans was named "Best in Show."

Submissions were also prominently displayed in a special showcase within a new area: CTIA WORLD at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center during the International CTIA WIRELESS® 2012 event, May 8-10, 2012.

Eligibility Requirements: All product entries should have been released no earlier than October 1, 2011. Working prototypes, major upgrades and new releases were also welcome. You do not have to be a CTIA member or exhibitor to enter; ALL are welcome!
