We are looking for an experienced Ad Operations Executive, who is able to demonstrate previous campaign management success. You will be flexible, self-motivated and a good team player; working under your own initiative in order to achieve goals.
Responsibilities
• Smooth implementation, trafficking and monitoring of all online advertising campaigns (both internal and 3rd party).
• Produce delivery reports to ensure proper tracking and supporting of all campaigns
• Ensuring all campaign goals are met including start and end dates, impressions delivery, and any associated actions
• Analysing campaign reports and making recommendations of actions to ensure delivery and effectively make decisions on how to optimise campaigns
• Providing campaign progress and monthly billing reports as needed
• Analysing ad inventory forecasts
• Working with sales to identify any future opportunities
Required Skills
• 1-3 years trafficking experience
• Problem solving ability
• Attention to detail
• Experience using an Ad serving platform
• Experience with 3rd party rich media vendors such as FlashTalking, Mediamind and Doubleclick
