Rainton Bridge is Goodman’s latest major business park project in the North East of England. It is a 21st century business location, capable of accommodating over 820,000 sq ft of commercial offices, and represents the culmination of over 30 years of development experience. It’s founded on the same mixture of expertise, innovation and partnership which contributed to the success of our earlier projects in the region, such as Doxford International.

Rainton Bridge is the product of “adding extra”. We believe in adding something to every aspect of the business park experience; – state-of-the-art telecommunications infrastructure, sustainable buildings, flexible design, excellent public transport services and a powerful partnership with Sunderland City Council.

Over 400,000 sq.ft. has already been developed at Rainton Bridge, providing property for small high growth companies, right through to large corporates such as RWE npower. Our latest phase comprises five modern, flexible office buildings, totalling 106,000 of which approximately 45,000 sq ft is already let or under offer. Each building is designed for the needs of today’s occupiers, they are built to last and have the flexibility to be adapted for future needs.

We have paid close attention to their environmental credentials, with each building achieving a BREEAM rating of “Very Good” and an EPC rating of “B”.
