SLU-Madrid Job Opportunities - Staff

  • Multilingual Receptionist

The Madrid (Spain) Campus of Saint Louis University, a Catholic, Jesuit institution, dedicated to student learning, research, service and healthcare, is seeking applicants for a full-time position of Multilingual Receptionist to provide customer service to visitors, faculty, staff, and students to begin in March 2013.

Main responsibilities include:

(1) attending to visitors;

(2) answering phone calls and taking messages;

(3) managing office generic email accounts;

(4) receiving and preparing regular mail and courier; and

(5) copying and collating materials in support of the Office of Admissions.

Minimum qualifications should include: University degree, knowledge of at least 3 languages, Microsoft Office, one year experience in similar or office administrative position.
