Andrea Hudson Campbell

Ms. Campbell's practice focuses primarily on environmental matters. She assists automobile manufacturers, electric utilities, engine and equipment manufacturers, trade associations, and coalitions with various federal environmental and energy policy issues before Congress and federal agencies.  She also works with clients on legislative and regulatory options for addressing GHG emissions, and advises on federal, state, and international activity on climate change.

With regard to the Clean Air Act, Ms. Campbell advises clients in the development of regulations addressing air toxics and counsels them on related implementation and compliance matters. In addition, she advises clients on federal and state vehicle emissions and on-board diagnostic standards, Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) and EPA vehicle GHG emission standards, the implementation of National Ambient Air Quality Standards, and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPs).  She also advises clients on EPA registration and health effects testing for new fuels/fuel additives, particularly advanced biofuels, and advocates for improved market access for new biofuel blends.

In addition, Ms. Campbell represents Alaskan entities, including municipalities, on a variety of federal energy and environmental issues before Congress and federal agencies.
