During Spring 2013, the Center for the Study of Slavery and Justice will sponsor events around the theme of Ships of Bondage, Freedom, and the Knowledges of the Enslaved. We will explore this topic through a number of mediums including film screenings, book readings, scholarly conferences, and a public exhibition.
