A poster child for the theory that when music journalists grow up they start writing about food, Molly Sheridan began chronicling her cooking adventures on Wonderland Kitchen in 2011. She’s been stuck down that rabbit hole ever since. By day she is a writer, editor, and A/V producer specializing in classical and experimental music, with a focus on multimedia content designed for the web. Otherwise, you’ll probably find her in her galley kitchen in Baltimore, dreaming up new dishes while actively avoiding measuring anything. She began contributing a DIY column to Serious Eats in August 2012.
