Divorced fathers to gain legal right to see children

The Children’s Minister Edward Timpson is proposing new legislation to ensure judges give fathers a legal right to spend time with their children after a divorce or separation. The laws are expected to come into effect next year, despite an official review of shared parenting arrangements advising it.
