Jose Francisco Farrugia has been residing in Cebu since 2005 as he originally is from the country called Malta which is a tiny island south of the Sicilian coast in Europe.

He recently graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of San Carlos. His hobbies include swimming, reading up on current events, blogging, traveling. taking photographs and drooling over the latest gadget gear.
