I am happy to accept custom orders, please read the information below:

• Repeatable colourways (as shown on the Collections page) can be dyed to-order, in any yarn base subject to availability.
• All orders for repeatable colourways require pre-payment - we will set up a shop listing for you in the custom orders section. This is a combined listing for all items you have ordered.
• A timescale will be agreed with you before payment is requested, this will vary dependent upon workload, yarn availability etc.
• Please note that there is a limit on the number of "matched" skeins of yarn, or batches of fibre, that I can dye at any one time.
• No two skeins are absolutely identical, this is inherent in hand dyed/painted yarn, although every effort is made to achieve a close match.
• Please note that there will always be a little variation between batches, and we cannot guarantee colour matching, therefore we always advise to purchase sufficient yarn for your project from the same batch.

Other custom orders:
• If you have seen a colourway that you liked, but it had already sold, or for example are interested in a current colourway in a larger quantity, or different yarn base, please contact me to see if it is possible to dye something similar. Not all colourways are reproducible, some are true "one-offs".
• I am also happy to accept custom orders for a specific colourway that you have in mind - it is helpful to have an example image of the colour you are looking for in these cases.
• If you are interested in skeins for controlled pooling projects, again I am happy to custom-dye these for you, but cannot guarantee any specific effect or stitch-count.
• Please note that there is a limit on the number of "matched" skeins of yarn, or batches of fibre, that I can dye at any one time.

• In some cases I may not be able to accept custom orders, for example if I am not able to dye the requested colourway in sufficient quantity.
• Once accepted, a timescale will be agreed with you before work commences, this will vary dependent upon workload, yarn availability etc.
• A photo will be emailed to you for approval once the yarn is ready, once confirmed a custom order listing will be set up in the custom orders section. This is a combined listing for all items you have ordered. Your order will be shipped to you subject to our usual timescales once payment is received.

For all custom orders please use the contact form or email me directly with your request. A deposit may be required.

It would be very helpful if you could include the following details in your message:

• Shade/colourway name/description
• Yarn base
• Number of skeins required
• Any reference photos or links to same.

There is no extra charge for custom/dyed-to-order yarn or fibre, the prices are the same as currently advertised in the shop listings.
