My aunt came out from Ithaca to visit for a day a weekend before death weekend (we’ll get into that later) and after two straight weeks, or what felt like it, of rain, we got ourselves a sunny gorgeous day. Factor and I took her to Brooklyn Flea where we ate our weight in SCRATCHBREAD’s toast bar goodies (hot sticky mess anyone??) and sat in the grassy knoll hipster watching. On the walk back to the L, I looked up across from The Music Hall of Williamsburg and saw this string of colors and smiled.
