| Moby-Dick Big Read: The Final Pursuit The Moby-Dick Big Read has been a phenomenal success, attracting media attention and readers from across the world. At the time of writing, the website has had over a million downloads, and has been in the UK and US Top Ten iTunes podcast list. The project aimed to present a 21st century audio and visual rendition of the 19th century classic, creating an entirely new audience, as well as reflecting on the fact that Moby-Dick continues to inspire artists, musicians, scientists and writers alike. Drawing art and science together, the result is perhaps of the most ambitious installations of its kind. As the final reading goes live on 29 January, Peninsula Arts is celebrating with a specially-commissioned Rescoring the Silent film, featuring live music in response to an early black and white silent film.
