Welcome

spacer

All members of the department are actively engaged in creating, or developing, mathematics and statistics, often to satisfy curiosity, to prove long-standing conjectures, or to advance applications in other areas of science. We are committed to the excellence of our teaching, informed by our research, and we offer a range of programmes for undergraduates (BSc and MMath) and postgraduates (taught or research MSc, and PhD).

It's a delight and privilege to be part of this exciting department.

Professor Ed Corrigan FRS
Head of Department
