I dropped by the Iron Mounain Digital booth this morning and got some clarification on what existing and future partners can expect from the company. As of last week, the digital division was sold to Autonomy for $380 million in cash. Previous reports were vague as to what this would practically mean for the channel.

One of the crucial debates taking place in the channel these days is just how MSPs should be embracing the cloud. One side of the argument is to simply go back to reselling cloud services. This side is very well funded and happens to be dominated by legacy software vendors who want the MSP channel to deliver their cloud applications.
