I have been unable to put in much Macbook Pro time, but when I can steal a moment or two to explore the machine, I'm having a blast! This is my first real exposure to Mac OS X. Years ago, when I had both a Mac and a Windows machine on my desk, the Apple machine ran Classic Mac OS on PowerPC hardware. At the time, I was underwhelmed by Mac performance. Today, I can honestly say that this new Mac is the nicest computer I've ever used.

Surprise! A day or two earlier than expected, my new MacBook Pro has arrived. I gave FedEx my autograph just before running out to catch my morning bus. Needless to say, I'm counting down the seconds until I can return home and unbox the new machine. The agony!

I earn my paycheck developing software based on Microsoft technologies.
