We make our own fresh dough from flour, water, sugar, salt, yeast and vegetable oil, at each restaurant, several times a day.Sauce
We start with Stanislaus pizza sauce - it's made from tomatoes, not concentrate - and add some of our own spices.Cheese
We use high grade provolone that's aged just right, and shredded, not diced...because it makes a difference.Pepperoni
We have to buy our pepperoni in sticks and slice it ourselves, because nothing we can buy pre-sliced is thick enough.Freshness
Some of it only comes canned, so we're stuck. But everything that can be fresh, is. The green peppers and onions, for instance, are 1/8" thick, and were sliced that day, or maybe the day before. Go ahead, imagine. We'll wait.We would
