The episode, called “The French Mistake,” is a smart, self-aware farce reminiscent of the episodes where Sam and Dean became production assistants on the set of a genuinely haunted horror movie and the installment where the boys blipped into TV show universes, including a Grey’s Anatomy parody and a Japanese game show (wherein Sam was literally punched in the nuts). In this outing, dueling angels dump Sam and Dean onto the set of a TV show called Supernatural, which stars two lightweight actors named Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki, is shot in Vancouver (Dean, in a tone of the greatest aggravation: “Dude, we’re not even in America”) and is led by a grandfatherly figure named Bobby Singer.

Now that things are getting back to normal, I’ll be able to keep tabs on updates on the site a bit better. Here’s the latest news about Jared Padalecki and the Anime Series for Supernatural:

The publicity staff at Warner Brothers Japan revealed on their official Twitter account last month that Jared Padalecki, the co-lead actor on the American live-action television series Supernatural, will dub all 22 episodes of MADHOUSE’s first anime season. However, co-star Jensen Ackles will only dub the last two episodes of Supernatural the Animation’s first season. The original live-action series follows the Winchester brothers Sam (Padalecki) and Dean (Ackles) as they hunt creatures and other supernatural phenomena across the American landscape.

Hey Everyone!

Finally, life has settled down and I’m in the process of a major revamp of the site. Everything is going to get a facelift (new main layout, new image gallery layout) plus I’m gathering a solid staff to help with news updates as well as update the gallery.

I want to thank many of you for being so patient with me. I’ve been working steadily on fundraising efforts for a cause I’m sure you’ll be happy to hear about, as Jared himself supports the same cause. I’ve been raising funds for a no-kill animal shelter located in Louisiana called St Tammany Humane Society. I discovered this shelter through another actor I admire greatly, Ian Somerhalder.

Because of my efforts raising funds for his hometown shelter, Ian himself invited me to be part of his new foundation team, Ian Somerhalder Foundation. That is what has been keeping me away from this site and a few others that I run.

Things have settled down a bit and I’m now getting myself organized and ready to take on the world. Jared Fan will soon return to its original glory and we’ll be on top of things all Jared.

I’m very excited to also announce that in August 2011 I’ll be attending VanCon and will in fact meet Mr Padalecki himself. All I can say about that is *squee*! Naturally, when that rolls around I’ll have some awesome coverage from the event.

SAMUEL CREATES CONFLICT BETWEEN DEAN AND SAM — Sam (Jared Padalecki) investigates a case about missing babies whose parents are being murdered. At one of the crime scenes, he discovers a baby that was left behind and calls Dean (Jensen Ackles) for help. Reluctant to leave Lisa (guest star Cindy Sampson) and Ben (guest star Nicholas Elia), Dean finally agrees to meet Sam and surprises his brother with how parental he has become. The brothers take the baby to Samuel (Mitch Pileggi), who decides to raise it as a hunter, which infuriates Dean. The CW has unleashed 3 new TV commercials for the 6th season of Supernatural.  Supernatural season 6 debuts on The CW on September 24th with an episode entitled “Exile on Main Street”.

Supernatural episode 6.1, “Exile on Main Street” airs on The CW September 24th, 2010. The episode stars Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Jim Beaver, Cindy Sampson, Fredric Lehne, Nicholas Elia, Jessica Heafey, Brendon Zub and is directed by Philip Sgriccia.
