Hi, I’m Tonya.

Thank you for visiting Letters For Lucas. 

I’m a wife, sister, friend and most importantly, a stay-at-home mom to my almost four year old son, Lucas and puppy, Charlie Pasta.

This blog is my outlet, therapy and way of documenting Lucas’ life. I sit down while he is at preschool, in between naps (which are few and far between these days), loads of laundry and late at night to share my thoughts on the joys and disasters of being a mother.

I also write about grief and loss, my struggles to have a second child, my coveted “me time” and I post a lot of photos.

I certainly don’t claim to have all the answers, but I always write from the heart, tell it like it is and hope that something I put out there will resonate with you. If it does, please let me know! It’s validating and I believe we’re all in this together.
