Thanks for hosting again this week!

Today I shared Preparing Beef Heart and Heart Kebobs Recipe. I originally made this recipe after we butchered our first steer but now I purchase beef heart from a grass fed beef farmer locally – it is just that good!

    Have a great week!

I submitted 2 recipes this week:

    1. Flourless Chocolate Cake (Soy, Fish, Nut and Wheat-Free, Can Be Milk-Free). This is totally rich and decadant! It’s also super simple, which I love!

    2. Chocolate-Covered Strawberries (Soy, Fish, Nut, Egg and Wheat-Free, Can Be Milk-Free). These are beyond easy and so delicious!

Hey Cindy! I’m very excited to share my first attempt at candy making with you all. My Chocolate Coconut Truffles are GF (of course) but also DF as long as you use dark dairy free chocolate. They were SO good they disappeared in minutes. Looking forward to checking out all the other great recipes this weekend!
