Last year, National Geographic Live introduced Calgary audiences to its unique mix of dynamic events, fascinating people, and captivating stories from the front lines of exploration. Once again in 2012–13, Calgary’s famed EPCOR CENTRE for the Performing Arts will host an eye-opening season of National Geographic Live. Illustrated with award-winning photography and video, each evening concludes with a lively question-and-answer session, and an opportunity to meet the presenter in the lobby. From the danger and beauty of underwater caves and the unexplored depths of our seas, to the rainforest canopy of New Guinea, to Vietnam’s opening to the outside world, our speakers inspire and enlighten audiences worldwide.
