Joysy is the Head of Global Partnerships and Founding Fellow of the London chapter of Startup Leadership Program. She has over a decade of experience in technology, business management, strategy and sales roles with JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley in Singapore, US and UK.  Joysy is passionate about education and women’s empowerment. She has been in the founding team of two education non-profits. She is a mentor to The Emerge Lab and works with several social entrepreneurs. She holds a Computer Engineering (Honours) degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and an MBA with Distinction from London Business School where she was the President of the Women in Business Club and a Forte Scholar.

Itxaso del Palacio is Teaching Fellow in Entrepreneurship at University College London. For several years, Itxaso has worked with entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley and London. She is passionate for helping entrepreneurs launching their companies and connecting with the right start-ups, entrepreneurs and investors. Itxaso has a degree in Industrial Engineering and a European PhD in Entrepreneurship. Before UCL, she taught at Imperial College, at St. Mary’s College of California, at the Technical University of Catalonia (Spain) and at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC-Lima). She has also developed and implemented the curricula of entrepreneurship programmes in Spain that link teaching, research and professional activities. She has published several articles in top journals such as the California Management Review and the Small Business Economics.
